Jesus said, “the kingdom of heaven is within you!”

Nurture and cherish yourself.

No one or no thing out there can fix you because you are not broken! You merely perceive of yourself wrongly.

When you look into the mirror what do you see?

Look at yourself right now and ask of your reflection ‘who am I?’

Who do you want to be?

What needs to change to be that person?

What if you are that person right now?

In video games they have avatars that represent the characters. You play as that character; the avatar becomes part of our identity.

What does your real life avatar look like?

You and your life situation created it after all. Some by choice, some by design, some through no fault of your own.

Regardless of how you see yourself when you look in the mirror, what has happened in your past, you have an opportunity now, at this moment, to change everything.

Not tomorrow, or next week, or next year, not when this happens or that happens. Not when he or she over there says and does this and that.

No! You can be the change you wish to see now!

By working within and connecting with your higher self. The one asking the questions to the reflection in the mirror.

You! You who are inside, witnessing life unfolding around you. You can shine.

Illuminate the sky with love, with your unique message. With your joys and pains and your unique energy.

You are a gift to the world and to the whole of creation!

Unwrap the gift and give it to the world in your way, no one else’s, yours.
